The New Bible Cure For Depression & Anxiety

The book is an easy read filled with helpful and useable tools from Dr. Colbert. He includes reasons and definitions of anxiety and depression which aids you in understanding what you or a loved one may be going through. In addition he offers many helpful tools that you can use to feel better quickly, including but not limited to various scriptures from the bible. Dr. Colbert’s books are all biblically based and I highly recommend them even if you are not a bible believer or reader. The only thing that disappoints me is the cost of natural supplements, which he can’t help, but he does recommend them as a tool in coping with unhealthyness. If I were financially able I would try the supplements, unfortunately I am not. To those of you in the same boat as I am in, I suggest sticking with the “free” tools as he suggests, especially reading your Bible daily, and researching it for scriptures that you can confess over yourself as well as encouraging yourself. Again, even if you don’t believe in God or the Bible, what have you got to lose. I’d rather do something and get a little, than do nothing and continue with nothing.
