there is PROOF…. no research has demonstrated any bio-chemical imbalance in the brain called depression!!!!!

Depression is a systematic disorder which may not even originate in the brain! Changing your diet will change your life, as it has mine. I recommend reading The Ultramind Solution because it is a clinical, scientific masterpiece that shows systematic causes of depression, among many other preventable illnessess. Anyways I recommend? going to a raw food diet and see if you notice any changes in your mood after 2 weeks. Contact me with any questions concerning this.

@chappo551 things are going to get much better, just believe that. the best of luck chap

@DSutra91
Yes, and the good thing is that as a human, naturally you will grow an immunity to it. Soon so many horrible things could happen to you and you’ll be able to walk it off…no problem. Your mental strength will enhance and which would cause an average person to be crushed, you’ll be walking in the sunlight.

@Tighen31305 agree’d, to me it just feels like a shitty cubical job i gotta go sit at everyday and do mundane tasks for a nonexistent boss. i had depression growing up since my early teens which had got worse and worse..i don’t even know who i really am, depression is all i know. people like me and will talk to me but ive never actually became friends with anyone. i had no reason to talk, and now friendscan come and go with no real attachment, pretty sad huh?

it goes insight to depression to insight to enlightenment to completion. what doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger (and depression can ofcoarse influence death) and when you build up from the bottom which if feel is depression because your battling with yourself (your the arbitor of your fate) you can become more complete than most people that havn’t even felt depression.

Hello. Five years now for me. Did you suffer significant loss and/or traumas a few years back? I am also wondering if you have had mild episodes earlier in your life. I had.

i am 37 for all my life i ad noone to love me or want me and i turned to booze and suicide and i ate life but i am scared i just wanna be loved

I said “I’ve had” not I had depression, so no I am not yet though it. I appreciate the thought but getting out there and talking to new people is very generic advice that everyone regurgitates over and over. When you’ve had depression for a long time, you see things diferent and it’s hard to go back, I can’t just slip into my life such as it was.

I can relate, but are u sure ur over ur depression fully? coz to me it sound as if u may not b yet… try takin up a new hobbies/sport, u jst need to start tlkin pplz/going out more, hope i helped sorry to hear that though.

I’ve had depression for a very long time, almost three years. Since then I’ve lost almost all of my friends and it’s hard to gain new ones because it is hard to relate to people now. I feel like I’ve taken myself out of life. Empty feelings consume me and I want to go back to when I was only sad.

i can relaTe to this but no one cares wether i live or die

I’m 35 and graduated a loong time ago, but that was a big part of my depression, too. There were other things as well. I had therapy and I’ve been on meds for years, but the depression’s come back in the last couple of months. It sucks.

This video is so true. Depression not only effects you but the people around you who care about you. ive been suffereing from depression for a year and was just recently released from a pshychiatric hospital for attempted suicide twice n one time while i was at my stay in the hosptial.

Sometimes the sky looks dark with not a ray of light,
Were tossed and driven on, no human help in sight;
But there is? one in heaven who knows our deepest care,
Let Jesus solve your problem just go to Him in prayer.

I’m a 14 year old boy in grade 9 and I’ve been depressed for 6 months or so. I don’t know if things will be brighter in the future, but I’m just living this life as “depressed”

Depression should not be an emotion that anyone feels regularly. There are people out there who can help, along with medications & techniques you can practice to help overcome the feeling of depression. The best way to address depression is by talking to a counselor.

Ha i couldn’t kill myself or hurt myself so don’t worry about that
