This is a story about how she lived with panic, anxiety, and depression for over fifteen years. She talks about the feelings from not being understood by friends and family that brought on severe depression and feelings of being worthless that eventually brought on contemplating suicide.
In the end she tells how she helped herself to overcome the bondage of fear, and depression, to being free, and enjoying life once again.
