How can I cure depression without psychiatric help and pills?
This is my second time being depressed. The first time it somehow went away after going back to school.
Depression seems to only happen when I spend an extended amount of time with family and then I leave them.
I don’t really want to go to my parents about this, so what can I do to cure it?

Sunlight tends to extinguish depression. Saint John’s Wort in liquid form is instrumental against depression. It takes 2 and a half weeks to kick in.

Exercise, as opposed to inactivity, tends to push back depression.

Getting involved in solving other people’s problems is often helpful in extinguishing depression.
